When my parents were here for Thanksgiving we also went to Tent Rocks which was about an hour away. We loved it! We hiked through slot canyons all the way to the top. The kids were amazing troopers.
The kids all said this tree was one of their favorite things. Look at those massive exposed roots!

That looks cool! We will have to check out tent rocks one of these days. When it isn't snowing, of course. :)
